I learned later that Blogger hadn't lost it at all. I had already rewritten it, though, and the second version was much better IMHO, so I've deleted the first.

Yes, I read that post; thanks a lot for addressing it :-) I didn't quite expect such a wholehearted endorsement (so it seemed, anyway)
I think it only applies to a narrow sort of position, but I think that that position is shockingly common; hence the strength of my endorsement.
