I've never been to an Orthodox Church that didn't have such beautiful music during the liturgy. Ever. - The second is the sort of thing that makes me forget my Orthodox envy.
I visited St. Michael's Abbey as a young man once, a long time ago. Their liturgies are spectacular.

As it happens, I have a disc out on my desk right beside my computer, "Chant Traditions of the Orthodox Christian Church," sung in English. I play it all the time.
